Open the handling Metas in both the folders in you Download. They are the exact same Meta. Thats why it's Crashing the game. You can't instal the Meta for Supgrade into the update/data.. Installing your Meta takes the handling away for all the original cars and makes the game crash. Since there are no values for those cars in the meta in the Mod. just open your metas in notepad and you'll see what I mean.
I love the mod, Cruise could use some work, like I'm sure you've heard. I was wondering if there was anyway to change the model of the car from the Dominator to the Dominator2 so we can change the livery.

The Reason it's Crashing is that Both Metas in the Mod are the same. They are both the Meta that goes into Supgrade.
