@ripper It's a feature of the mod. You can remove all the hospital item tags in the "peddamage.xml" file to remove the effects.
@MisterHyper From the looks of your screenie, it seems that you MAY have left the bloodfx.dat in your update blah blah directory (there is no vanilla bloodfx.dat for here) since that file deals with entry and exit wounds, ya know? May also be that you left over the peddamagedecals file which is making the wound sheets all wonky with vanilla files idek.

You need to replace the peddamge.xml, not the decals.dat ;)
