The rain on screen effect gets annoying, personally. Any way to disable? f5 doesn't pull up a config menu, help? Like the other effects though! 5 stars.
Dude's writing style is crazy but the mod is cool. Much more than simply added blood, but it works. Also, no virus. Cool mod and despite the terrible organization quite easy to plug in. Make sure you get that LOA. Sweet.
It works, FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS EXACTLY. You'll have to dl a second file for add-on but to me, it's worth it. Came with a few bonus cars and they all look GREAT..... Have to do a little more writing than usual, but it's a solid mod. Thanks again, Vans!
