The alebal4 062 – Neon Girls Supercars mission actually requires this mod: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/online-interiors-v1-doomsday-heist-update
. It isn’t mentioned anywhere, and it was really frustrating to figure out. I even spent $2 to buy all the missions, and I’m still checking if it’s worth it.
