This is my 2nd mod, you just press i in game and vehicle's tires that are close to you will pop.
Requirements
ScriptHookV by Alexander Blade http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/

Installation
Extract rootedcartires.cs From .zip File & Place it into Grand Theft Auto V\scripts
Run GTAV
You can toggle it in game with the letter 'i' you can configure it by opening rootedcartires.cs with notepad and changing 'i' to what ever you want.
Changelog
2.0 Changed it from all tires to one of the front tires as it caused a lot of lag and didn't work as well. This should make cars crash a lot more.
1.0 Initial release.

you should make a button that pops one of the front tires, causes cops to drive off the road in a high speed chase which would be pretty funny to watch happen to them all
When it gets approved it should only pop the front left tire now.

@kodithegreat You can't compile to an ASI file as that is C++ mods only.
Can you make a version for all wheels?
Is it possible to change the script to burst random wheel at random and not only from others but also from the player ??
Well, or at least tell me how to remake the rear wheel, and that would be after pressing the button the effect was one-time.
