This mod will cause to fall your character once it's less then 50% HP. You will lie injured untill you regenerate 50% HP.
If you had a wanted level - cops will try to take you alive once you are injured. If you will not surrend after they will stop shooting you to arrest when you hurt - you will get all your wanted stars back.
You need to have a Script Hook V, LUA.asi plugin for Script Hook V.
Put mod in GTAV/scripts/addins folder.
This mod is not really working with any player changing HP mods, because it causes you to fall when you have a 150 HP.
Standart character's HP is 200, but he dies at 100.
Cops will try to arrest you when you're 120 HP.

@xNarumi Oh man i loved that game! Yea when he was injured he would hold his stomach and limp until you let him rest for a bit. That game was very well done.
@Nexerade goddamn i love injury mods like this but this seems a little much.. do you think you could make one that changes your walking style past a certain health point? i always thought 75% health and below should do the p_walk_injured anims (trevor does these temporarily when waking up from being hungover during character transitions) and then maybe 25% health and below should lock the player into sneak mode movement anims only until they're healed again into whatever thresold they eventually fall back into

Not too bad, I Agree with Zippo though a mod that changes the walk style to actually being injured after a certain point would be perfect.

Hello, i found a bug, when aiming down sights your character just freezes and wont go ragdoll for atleast 5 seconds before just falling down, i find this bug pretty anoying, is this something you could fix in your next update? thank you, very nice mod btw

can I make it like around 20 hp??
I have a ragdoll mod, and also Sob's concussions mod. When I reach 150hp I just die. anyone know a fix??
@Nexerade hey nvm. I have this robot character. and he kind of shakes when he goes into a ragdoll. can you make it where it plays like an electrical circuit sound when I ragdoll? and also make the electric from a taser bolt all over my body? that would be a huge favor man..
Is it possible to make this injury thing for NPCs? It sounds like the perfect mod to bring back GTA 4's incapacitated mode for npcs.
