Now every ped kill will lower the total population of the game. People will no longer be infinitely generated. Population returns to normal after the game is restarted.
If you kill too many random peds, there may be no one left in town but you. Can you do it?
My thanks to commugum for calculating the total population of GTA 5, and to Shagg E and Vital for the idea to implement this mod.

- Added ability to change default population value and percentage of its reduction when killing a ped. It is not recommended to change these settings, in case of changing the default values the easter egg will not be available in the game.

if you turn on Angery Peds on with It effecting drivers turn the weather rainy or stormy turn it to night time then add this mod combine it with The Dismemberment mod This is your very own custom Purge Mod as you can also customize which weapons the peds have thru Enhanced Native Trainer
Hey, is it possible to create a mod that will change the amount of peds spawning in the game at different times? For example, in GTA 5 when the time is 10 am there will be a lot of peds in the game roaming around, but when its 11 pm there will be fewer peds in the game. There was a mod like this for GTA IV. Thanks.

awesome concept, is anyone else having trouble locating the kill counter??
kill counter not working, and apparently will never get fixed
maybe make it so when the you die and respawn everything becomes normal again or make it a setting we can toggle?
