Installation:
-Install asiloader and Scripthookv
-Install LUA Plugin for Script Hook V 10.1
-Install oiv package in the archive.
Usage:
When you're in any car press "B" key to switch the Dubai plate, press "B" key again to change the plate number.
Hold "N" key down for a surprise.
