Spawning without hair or face or head and sometimes being white when I spawn as bodyguard. Pls fix it

I have the same problem as @MadeByMe2701. When I spawn Taiga as a bodyguard, the head is missing but if I change my skin to Taiga, it is fine. It would be greatly be appreciated if this is fixed @StreetMode
What addon map is that? & where can i get it?
