Installation:
1.Install this https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/addonpeds-asi-pedselector.
2.Place all the files from Jay Garrick archive to update\x64\dlcpacks\addonpeds\dlc.rpf\peds.rpf\.
3.Open AddonPeds Editor.exe and add Jay Garrick model in the list as streamed ped (check ReadMe for AddonPeds).
4.Place ini file of the suit to Scripts\The Flash Files\Suits.
2.0: Major update: improved suit models and textures, new head of John Wesley Shipp with full facial animation, visible damages.
1.1: Jay now has his famous helmet, also he was remade to addon ped (by Barak101).

His head and helmet do not look right on my game. I have NO visual mods whatsoever on my game, I have only peds and a few other scripts (non-visual) loaded..
His head looks chopping, and there's what looks like a huge square in the dead-center of the back of his head. The helmet is nice, except there's a THICK black line surrounding the entire helmet & while I see it in the photos online here--mine looks thicker, much thicker...

@vendetta1969 The problem with the hair is because of something wrong with alpha, I don't know why exactly it doesn't work like it should, the texture is okay, so it's probably about model settings. And the black line of the helmet is probably GTA V shaders thing or the model thing, I asked @Barak101 about it while making the version 1.1 and he said that it's unremovable. I'm not sure why it's even thicker in your case, try different graphical settings first, maybe it'll make a difference.
Ok, I have been hesitant to install visual because I've been having memory problems with my game.. I have a tendency to put too many mods on my game. I think maybe that might help, so I'll give it a try tomorrow.
I really do like the uniform, the detail looks good & the reds and blues really look a lot better. The hair is unfortunately the only thing that's really a problem. The helmet will probably be fixed (or atleast a little thinner) when I install visual v and reshader...
