This mod converts Michael to John Marston with full facial animations for cutscenes
known issues: there's some poor weighting on the hands, most of john wont appear on the heat vision mode.
you can switch this franklin or trevor but you might run into issues
instructions Replace contents in (mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf) with whats my files
then in (mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mppatchesng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mppatches.rpf) delete contents in player_zero folder and replace the player zero ymt
do the same at (mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\patchday3ng.rpf) and (mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday4ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\patchday4ng.rpf)
all models are original from rdr1 (except the hair) ripped by Axel-Noir link to the rip (https://www.deviantart.com/axel-noir/art/Red-Dead-Redemption-John-Marston-Default-942281868)

so we can use john's head with trevors body and clothes for michael?

@gtavjamal i really don't know how the main characters work, but you could swap out the head yourself and see if it works.
Trevor's models are in the same spots as Michaels but in the files he referred to as player two (except patch day 4 has no trevor files)
