This is a mod that will add the right patches to the SAHP officers and also comes with new belts and textures.
To install:
For the main uniform head on to:
Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\patchday3ng.rpf\
And replace the files there with the ones i added.
For the hat head on to :
Grand Theft Auto V\x64e.rpf\models\cdimages\pedprops.rpf\
And replace the files there with the ones i added.

Can they also be used for other peds?

As far i know it can.
I love the change up finally.
My only grip is that horizontal mags go, traditionally, on the same side as the gun, while vertical mags go on the oppposite side. If you feel it out like your reloading in a pinch, it tends to feel more natural. Granted people are different and like different things.
Also granted this a video game, so it doesn't matter. Great work!
