MP Female Custom Character "Sam" (MENYOO) 2.0

Howdy everyone, sharing my third character 'Sam'. You might notice that she looks similar to another of mine, Lin, and that's because they're twin characters, and Sam originally started out as a copy of Lin with different hair, and for the past year and a bit I've tweaked her so that she still looks like her sister (cause, you know, they're twins) but that she is also an individual character, hope you enjoy :]
The hair is ESSENTIAL, so please go get it by the talented Creations here:

@sushiMcsushi some shit. there is nothing. can I describe in more detail how to install and most importantly - how to find these skins in menoo?
@JP-Julia after you place the file in menyoostuff/outfits, start the game, go into menyoo and spawn an mpfemale ped, then go down to ped options and go into saved outfits. Should be able to go into the folder from there.
@sushiMcsushi menoo doesn't have "pad options", only " player options"
hey brother why do my character that i spawn in doesnt look like her at all? im sorry but ive been wanting to play with her but its just never work

dude i tried getting this to work for maybe half an hour but all of the other "required mods" you have linked you cant download because they ether dont exist anymore or it says some of them are "awaiting approval" its unusable.
