This was inspired by russellmeledath's Joker Flash which was not working for me I so I had to make a texture myself THIS IS NOT A RE-UPLOAD OF HIS SKIN MOD!
Cannot find his original mod anymore :(
Note: This is not perfect I will update this in the near future.
Requirements:
Download this model by Barak101 & evilmaginakuma:

Installation:
1.Install the model by Barak101 and evilmaginakuma's Model Of Justice League Flash
2.Use addonpeds
JulioNIB Method
1.Delete original FlashJL.ytd file made by Barak101 and evilmaginakuma.
2.use Add Peds GeneratorR2 and click Add Ped Files add my FlashJL.ytd.(at the bottom it should say no errors).
3.after you did that it will automatically open a folder with an OIV. of Joker Flash(FlashJL) open the oiv file click install.
4.Install to mods folder.
Enjoy Joker-Flash!
