@DoctorMike Sweet! Hey, if you do the head item hanging off his waist, there's a ton of Manhunt gang masks they added to MP so you could slap a head on there and put say a smileys mask on it and call it a day. I'm really excited to see what you come up with.

@YoYO17 You can't, unless you somehow replace the ped or use a trainer to spawn him
