West Midlands Police skin for BritishGamer88's

Another entry for the CMPG/WMP mix. This saloon offers both 5 liveries for WMP Traffic cars, 5 Liveries to CMPG Traffic.
While im working on 4K lore friendly force packs for multiple forces, I have decided to release each skin as it is complete along with a pack containing them all once complete.
Installation instructions are contained within the rar. Any feedback welcome below, i will endeavor to correct any of the (more than likely) mistakes that are found.
If enough request is made i can re-release with a 2K version, however i have noticed very little difference performance wise between the two.
