@john_geo Editing GTA V files or just textures? To edit GTA V's files with ease, download Open IV https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/openiv.
@jewishbanana @john_geo yeah, to get access to game files use OpenIV. To create/edit textures i use PhotoshopElements (comes free with windows8) ;)
