Love it :) Are you trying to make a replica of the saints row 2 livery or just something based on the stilwater police livery?
If you're making a replica, you should move the city seal a bit more to the rear so you can also add to serve and to protect like on the picture from sr2. The police on the doors also stretches both doors and there also is a unit number on the back pillar of the car.
@Yorpie i did actually saints row is my favorite video game franchise along with resident evil
but i will redo some of it soon

@thisusernamesucks The rear city seal on the second pic needs to be repositioned/resized a bit and the other side needs to be mirrored well. Other then that, this looks really good. Saints Row also is one of my favorite franchises, spend countless hours on 2 and The Third.
P.S. I just noticed, the saints row 2 Five-O also has the unit number on the rear pillar of the car :)

@Robybobby sorry Bro. But as of now my Mod Making days for GTA V are over. maybe someone else that Knows modeling better then me can fulfill your wish. but this CVPI-skin was all i could do back in the Day using Photoshop & open4.
