How to install:
1. Download the File and Extract All with WinZip
2. Open OpenIV search for the vehicle file
GTAV/update/x64/dlcpacks/63lb/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles/vehicles.rpf/"63lb.ytd"
3. With the edit option open it and add the livery named "63lb_sign_2"
4. Once entered, save and that's it!
5. Open the game and Enjoy!

I suggest you first run the 512px decal through an image enhancer like https://letsenhance.io/v2/boost before applying it
