Run OpenIV
open the game folder
open x64w.rpf\dlcpacks\mpindependence\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\mpindependencevehicles.rpf\
switch on edit mode
drag all the items you downloaded into the folder
Rebuild and close

The design isn't that good, and you know, gta5-mods is very dangerous if you post textures like these. That's why it's getting disliked.

I have always wondered how adults, especially adult men could enjoy watching a cartoon intended to little girls. The second comment was in response to another comment. Neither of these fit the definition of ignorant.
And based on the like to dislike ratio, I'd say that most people are on the same page I am..
