Ever wondered why Southern San Andreas Super Autos states that the Fugitive "is the go-to cruiser for law enforcement", yet there are no LSPD Fugitives in-game? Well, worry no longer, because I have the solution to your problems!
REQUIREMENTS:
>>You will need TheF3nt0n's original model in order for this mod to work. Link: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/bobcat-security-never-here-pack-thef3nt0n-and-alexvonshep
>>You will also need OpenIV. You can get it from here: http://openiv.com/
Features:
>2 Liveries (Unit Numbers on the Roof, Hood and rear end)
>Red and Blue LED Light Bar
Installation:
Using OpenIV, proceed to the update folder > x64 > dlcpacks > bsecurity
Open the dlc.rpf file
Go to x64 > levels > gta5 > vehicles
Open the vehicles.rpf file
Activate edit mode if you haven't already: Next to the directory bar
Drag the Files present in this file (except this readme) to the vehicles.rpf file
You Should be ready to go!

This car deserves a better livery similar to Stanier and Buffalo. However, no pushbar is a good touch and accurate to real-life LAPD patrol cars.

I really wish R* had made a real LSPD or Sheriff vehicle in the game on this model
