Lore Friendly Texture Pack made for Blaine County Sheriff Dept. Based of Texas State Trooper vehicles.
Installation Guide:
(GTAV\update\x64\patchday11ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5). Lets say for example that you want to replace this with fbi. First search up fbi in top right corner. Now click fbi.ytd. Look for tau_sign_1 and replace that. Now exit and save. The texture should now be in your game enjoy!

I just wanna put my 2 cents on your change.org thingy, I wouldn't bring the crown vic back, the new concept for it before they stopped making it was AWFUL, looked like an Albany Washington.
