Replaces textures for Dodge Charger R/T.

This is my very first mod so please be gentle. Fitment isn't perfect. Advice greatly appreciated.
I used paint.net to fine tune and OPEN IV 2.6.4
Install instructions
1.Install 2015 Dodge Charger RT Police
2.replace policenew_sign_1 in police2.ytd, police2+hi.ytd (update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\)
You need to use Open IV and replace policenew_sign_1 in police2.ytd, police2+hi.ytd and rebuild vehicles.rpf
