Installing:
Make backups, use OpenIV.asi and mods folder.
Launch OpenIV and in edit mode replace Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday4ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
You only have to replace the skins with the same name in police3.ytd MAKE SURE YOU INSTALL THE Desmond98's MOD! You no longer install the .ytd file any more. You must install the .BMP files within the police3.ytd file. That way you get Desmond's main updates if he decides to adjust anything. Nothing actually changed but credits.

How did you make the normal map with wich software ? ( Photoshop ? )
Because I try to remake the interior texture but Normal map dont work maybe I did a wrong manipulation ?
@head69100 The only thing I did was edit the texture files within Photoshop. Unfortunately I'm not experienced enough to give you a good answer on the normal maps.
Ok thanks @Metalgamersolid I try to fix the interior because the interior is very ugly :p but I dont know how to export a Normal map --'

I might be missing something but I'm not seeing a .BMP file in the download. Changelog, read_me & template.psd the three police3 files & a template png image. In the read me it say to add to the meta file & did that. Game just re-downloaded the files again & started w/out them & the old image was put back. I just checked. Meta files was replaced as well.
