Install:
Using OpenIV, go to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
or wherever the model you use for the Explorer is, and in edit mode, open the "texture dictionary" file and replace the old textures with the ones from this download.

Update: Forgot to add "Los Santos" to front doors, fixed.

@Matt ty :) it's pending but I forgot to add "Los Santos" to the front doors like I did with the others, so the fix is waiting approval
How about a view on the inside?
@Hippy-Gangsta I only did the paintjob, the model is someone else's creation which I provided a link to. The interior of the vehicle is low res, it's just meant to look good from the outside
I'm unable to get that model to work.
