Hi. This is locomotive #911 from the Elkhart & Western fleet. It is stationed in uptown Elkhart, Indiana. I kinda forgot I had an account on this site after getting a new pc. And there will finally be in-game screenshots of my stuff. To install this you need Overhauled trains by Walter:

Installation instructions:
1. Open Open IV
2. Assuming that you have a mods folder, go to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/overhauledtrains/dlc.rpf/x64/vehicles.rpf
3. Then replace freightc.ytd with the one provided to you by me.
