The ambulance looks great especially the lights, but I found some issues and things you could work on such as:
1. The corona: In the first screenshot you can see that the coronas aren't correctly placed as there is a corona right next to the hood
2. texture quality: the skins does look very pixalated, especially with the 112 on the side that is visible while driving, my suggestion would be that you use a texture for the skin with a better resolution
