Updated PedAnimList for Menyoo 1.0

For Machinima makers and lovers!
This essentially is all the animations added from https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/updated-animation-list-for-scene-director but formatted to fit the Menyoo animation list.
After installing Menyoo, navigate from \YOURGAMEDIRECTORY\menyooStuff\
replace the old PedAnimList.txt file with the new one.
Credit to Nerax for doing all the bulk work for SceneDirector. I only changed the layout so it can be used for Menyoo's spooner animation system.
