Use this mod to add Sonic 20m prop as add-on props
https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/addonprops
Installation:
- Open OpenIV and place all files into GTAV > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > addonprops > dlc.rpf > props.rpf
- Run PropsEditor (make sure to Run as administrator)
- Select "Props"
- Select "Add Prop (Manual)"
- Enter the name "sonic"
- Set Textures type to "Embedded"
- Enter the value for LOD Distance - "500.0", then in the Flags section enter "12713984"
- Click REBUILD
