@MrBig For cutscene story peds, you can find them here: (x64g.rpf\levels\gta5\generic\cutspeds.rpf\). I have just updated but forgot to include that archive, doing it now and it should be uploaded here soon!!! As for replacing the 3 main characters, they are all streamed. I suggest looking on this website for characters that replace the main characters!!

btw you don't even have to make multiple rpf's, you can have one rpf with random name and throw all files there

@HeySlickThatsMe You would hate my setup, I don't use this mod, but I have over 20 rpfs, each with about 15 peds, all renamed and categorized. I also have about 50 dlc subfolders for cars, by brand, by model, by engine type.

@JohnFromGWN I mean obviously you can do what you want, i have my own setups with multiple rpf's to keep things clean, i'm just saying you don't have have to make multiple rpf's if you want to replace content from different dlcpacks, it feels kind of useless in a mod like this considering it changes nothing in terms of functionality and the 4GB limit is still a thing that exists, that is unless you make multiple dlc.rpf's to go around it (but then anyway there's like a limit of 8 dlc rpf's per dlc pack)

Agreed. I should have specified for me it's purely organizational, not a neat freak, but always try to keep things where I can easily find them. More precisely, I have 5 or 6 addonped folders, each with 4 or 5 ped.rpfs. As for the 4gb limit, always been curious about that one because I've inadvertently exceeded that theoretical limit. Of course Windows doesn't always give a true representation of file size, tiny files can often bloat considerably, even without fragmentation.
