Please feel free to give feedback as this is my first project that I am putting out there.
I do not remember exactly what was used all I know is that the fire engines are EQ2B, and the Fire and Ambulance Warning sirens are a PowerCall. If anyone has any suggestions I am open to trying new things.
THIS IS JUST A RESIDENT.rpf
Installation:
-use openIV
-navigate to x64>audio>sfx
-find the RESIDENT.rpf file in that directory
-right click on the RESIDENT.rpf, then scroll down and click replace
-then open GTA V or FiveM and enjoy
I SUGGEST TO MAKE A BACKUP OF YOUR RESIDENT.rpf, incase you want to revert back or for some reason it doesnt work.

I really like this siren! My only recommendation would be to increase the volume of the main tone a little bit.
are the sirens set up for the specific emergency responder?
