Open OpenIV and go to GTA V
Enable edit mode.
Choose the best option for your 21:9 ultrawide monitors or 16:9.
Replace "rockstar_logos.bik" file in update\update.rpf\x64\movies

I want to know how this was made! Such a great mod it has now become a must have in my mods list.
