Drop the .OIV file into openIV and install, it will create a folder in your dlcpacks and add a line to your dlclist.xlm

Drop the "rojo_trinity_billboard" folder into your resources and start on cfg
TEXTURE
To replace the textures you must edit the file "rojo_trinity_billboard.ytd" using openIV, easy peasy

Nevermind. I changed the textures to Marvel characters. It works out awesome. Just waiting for the update. I have to tell you man, I appreciate your work. I really hope you do more animated billboards for the buildings. It will give the game a much more futuristic look. It could give the city a nice Cyberpunk style Not just the game, but the genre itself. 5/5

Great mod but is it possible to slow down the movement of the billboard ? Cause if you put like 3 ads on it, you don't have the time to read.
