umm. Only one loading screen appears

I did all the steps correctly, but it does not appear in the game

@SERGIO_VAN_DYK I applied all the tariffs but
Files named ''loadingnewsscreenbg'' are needed, it changes the loading screen or it doesn't work for me, can you please help?

I figured out a way on how to fix the stock loading screens, great mod!

@SERGIO_VAN_DYK super weird situation. so i installed another load screen mod waiting for this one. but i wanted to try yours one last time first. it didnt work. other mod works fine. heres the weird part. your mod is working for me!! BUT it ONLY work if i load a game from within the game! then its your load screens but starting the game its the other mod. HOW?

are you able to upload some back up for the original loading screens? these are great but my game crashes after installing this and i cant fix it
