made a kinda funny map. cars fly everywhere before they explode. It made me laugh. is fun with or with no traffic.
i used map editor. I think you need map editor to load map but im not sure.
file is " windmills2.xml "
lots of people with better engrish than me make instructions on how to use these types of things
