I was able to get the trees and bushes out of the way. Check how many "mpheist" folders you have. I had one in dlc_patch and one in dlcpacks. I place the replace files in both and the trees were gone. Amazing mod. Will upgrade to 5 stars one that note is added

Yooo, the jacuzzi/water thing doesn't emit water sounds on the rooftop
I love this house, it's perfect! Only one thing I can't figure out, is there a way I could somehow link the garage door to a keybind..? I use the actual front/side door a decent bit and I want the garage to stay shut. Being in the kitchen also opens the garage door too

Why is the pool not working? It is not possible to swim in it
This one reminds me of a condo my friend had in Chicago. Each floor was small, but it was 4 floors. Essentially his condo was designed vertically so it would fit on the corner of a "V"-shaped interection in the city. Needless to say, but there was a lot of walking up and down stairs when I visited.
Can the garage save the vehicles?

Hello today I tried installing the Venice Beach House by BigShaqNoKetchup, link: https://www.gta5-mods.com/maps/venice-beach-house and for some reason after following the correct steps eveytime I try to install it it doesn't appear in game. The green icon representing the house DOES appear but the house itself doesn't.
When I reach the part of writing in the dlclist the following "<Item>dlcpacks:/vbh/</Item>" I click save and the message in the screenshot pops up.
I don't know how to fix this, please someone help me.
BTW I have NVE installed, I don't know if it's an issue though.
