A prisoner is escaped from the local prison.
The police are everywhere and have created a iron ring around the prison.
In some places the roads are completely blocked, and other places the police has creating checkpoint.

This point is a barrier and the road are completely blocked. ONLY Police have access

I have added 2 new scenes:
1 completely blocked road barrier
1. checkpoints with K9 support
Bonus: I have place "spotters" in the prisonguard towers!

Prerequisites for use with Map Editor:
Installation
1. Install ScriptHookV
2. Download and install Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 x64, x86, Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2013 x64, x86.
3. Install latest ScriptHookVDotNet, read the requirements.
4. Download last NativeUI version from here.
5. Move all contents of the .zip into your /scripts/ directory. If it doesn't exist, create one
