move the file "paleto" to your gta5 folder

Another type of these mods where a person puts non fitting buildings with map editor to countryside city

@HeySlickThatsMe Doesn't hurt to have ideas though...
@tfaze_off Ymap is needed for this it's quite a good idea
The xml cannot convert to ymap as it errors. Also this is similar to Bayside which also doesn't work. It's a shame because this looks awesome but will never know.
