How to install and use :
- You NEED these following mods to spawn this map mod!
(THIS WILL ONLY WORK WITH MY OBJECTLIST PROVIDED)
1) Map Builder 3.2.2 - https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/map-builder
2) Object Spawn Unlocker 1.1 - https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/object-spawn-unlocker
3) Map Editor 2.13 - https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/map-editor
5 ) Once installed drag and drop 'jdmmoderngarage' into GTA 5 Directory.
(FULL DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS IN READ ME)
--LOG 1.1 --
- added more animated peds
- added lots more surrounding vegetation
- added lots more surrounding lights
- added few objects inside for detail
=FIXES=
- gate stuck open on map spawn
- peds not correctly positioned
- one vehicle not correctly spawning
- some floating objects
--LOG 1.0 --
- Usable Foot Teleports
- Usable Vehicle Teleports
- Closing/Opening front gate
- No dynamic props (YET)
- Collisions on everything (so far)
- 3 Animated peds (Can add more)
- Parking inside and out
- Highly detailed inside and out (for a days work)
- Lights inside and out for night use!

So wait, is this just a visual thing, or does it have like a persistance aspect that lets you save vehicles?

@axslayer33 this is just a visual thing as of now. Does include teleports and inside interior as seen in pictures.
