Copy downloaded file, paste into your game folder
Open Map Editor (default press F7) then Load Map, choose driftrackdesert.xml
Drift Playground map is located at Sandy Shores airport
note: before you are load map, you better to move far away from Sandy Shores area to avoid game lag. After map loaded you can come to that place.
