A group of people has decided to shut themselves out of the hasty life of Los Santos. They could not stand capitalist life and decided to live far away from the civilized world. They found a cave and decided to settle there. With loaded boats full of scrap wood, they have managed to build a new settlement. There used to be an old refinery to extract oil, but it was stopped by the government by disappointing revenues. Now the last stock is being used to supply Caveland with energy... These strange figures keep an eye on their territory with everything it costs, even the boats at sea. Have fun with this adventure map.

Fixed a height bug for an iron construction beam that carries the bridge. There is also a wooden wall fixed, one part was skewed by the ymap conversion and I corrected some minor bug fixes.

The gates at the dock now open better if you want to moor with a boat. Updated the objectlist to Mapbuilder Community (SP) 1.7
Changes 1.3
Added an extra spacious dock for the new Kurtz 31 patrolboat, added some new props (Cayo Perico Heist DLC) + some new props from the latest dlc's. Added the Avisa sub marine for Map Editor map & pallet-walls have been put straight again.

@stripemcr : Thanks for your rating and that you like it; I use Map Editor and Map Builder to create maps. Map Editor is my standard building mod to design things & Map Builder is a mod that contains several blocks to make better walls and foundations for the game.
