Ever notice how your character can hotwire ANY car in just under 3 seconds? While IRL it can up to almost several minutes?
This mod fixes that.
This mod increases the time required to hotwire vehicles, replacing GTA Vs near instant car theft with a more slower, realistic, and tense process
Hotwiring now takes significantly longer, making car theft riskier and more immersive, especially in high density areas where anyone could call the cops on you.
Mod may not be for everyone, could be annoying depending on your playstyle.
Compatibility: Should be compatible with any mod, as long as it doesn't change the file this mod does.
Takes around 8-20 seconds now.
Installation:
mods \ update \ update.rpf \ x64 \ data \ metadata
Issues:
Might be too slow for some people. Will add more versions in the future
