This mod replaces gta v rain with battlefield 4 one, by using the rain texture i extracted from battlefield 4 game files.
Installation:
In mods/update/update.rpf/x64/textures add (or replace if you already have the .ytd file there) the file fxweather.ytd with the one from this mod.
Recommended to use with my Battlefield 4 Rain Sound Effects mod: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/battlefield-4-rain-sound-effects
